Welcome to Swarthmore College. I am delighted to have you as a member of the Swarthmore community.
The health and wellness team supports the needs of our diverse student body by providing individualized holistic care and campus-wide education. The Health & Wellness Center offers myriad wellness promotion, counseling, acute care, and prevention services.

All students are enrolled by default in theStudent Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)。To waive out of the SHIP, follow these steps:
- 登录到myswarthmore.
- Click Worth Health Center
- Click Health Insurance Waiver

- Tuberculosis (TB) Screening Questionnaire由医疗保健提供者完成(print, complete, upload to portal and mail)

- 冠状病毒病疫苗。Complete series of one of the following vaccines: Moderna, Pfizer, Janssen
- Meningococcalvaccine (MenACYW). One dose is required at age 16 or older.

- MMR(Measles, Mumps, Rubella). Two doses are required at least 28 days apart after 12 months of age.
- Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussis。Four doses and tetanus booster within the last ten years is required.

The full amount of the student health insurance plan premium will be charged to your tuition bill if you do not complete the online waiver process。Failure to comply with this deadline will result in automatic enrollment into the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP).
